® apples and Tru-Cape have teamed up to sponsor riders in the Cape Epic for the Tygerberg Hospital Breast Clinic Transport Fund.The fund helps those who cannot afford the cost of transport to and from the clinic with the necessary financial assistance for them to get to all their treatments regularly. Says Professor Apffelstaedt, head of the Tygerberg Hospital Breast Clinic, “As a result of generous donations we have been able to cover transport costs for hundreds of patients and will be able to continue doing so for the next three years. We are incredibly grateful for this substantial donation and wish Sakkie and Hannes a safe and exhilarating ride.”
